		<description><![CDATA[Tony Baldry MP is taking to the saddle in a bid to experience first-hand some of the issues raised by walkers and cyclists in the town of Bicester. Simon Pratt, Regional Director for sustainable transport charity Sustrans and town resident, has invited Mr Baldry to take a cycle-tour to draw his attention to a number of issues in and around the town centre, which make cycling and walking difficult and unpleasant. Mr Baldry will also be cycling from his home in Bloxham.]]></description>
