Banbury-based older people’s charity the Royal Voluntary Service, formerly WRVS, is holding a public event for budding volunteers to find out more about opportunities to help senior residents in Oxfordshire, with the help of Banbury MP Sir Tony Baldry. The open event takes place tomorrow (Friday) from 10am-noon at the Cornhill Centre on Castle Street.
